Subway nutrition data sources and versions
The current selectable comparison catalog is compiled from the linked US nutrition source. Country pages provide official regional guides and publication periods as verification links, but do not yet claim a complete local-menu transcription. Values should be checked against the restaurant's current regional guide.
How custom Subway nutrition totals are calculated
Each selected record contains serving weight, calories, fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, fibre, sugars, added sugars, and protein. The calculator multiplies each record by quantity and portion, then adds the same nutrient fields across the meal.
How Footlong and sauce portion multipliers work
Footlong mode applies a factor of two only to sandwich components marked as size-dependent. Sauce portions use transparent comparison factors for less, regular, and extra. These factors are estimates when a regional guide does not publish all three portions.
How per-100g Subway nutrition is calculated
For supported country pages, each nutrient total is divided by the combined selected serving weight and multiplied by 100. Per-100g mode is unavailable until the meal has a positive published serving weight.
Subway Nutrition Facts rounding and daily values
Totals are retained as decimal values during calculation and rounded for display. Daily Value percentages use standard US label reference amounts as a comparison aid; country-specific labelling rules may use different terminology or reference intakes.
Known limits of online Subway calorie estimates
The calculator cannot observe the portion assembled in a restaurant, supplier substitutions, cross-contact, preparation differences, discontinued items, or unpublished recipe changes. It should not be used as an allergen checker or personalized dietary plan.
